Paper iii of v
DMCA
Last updated: 14 October 2026
All writing and drawings on these pages were made for this site, so we would be surprised to be holding something of yours. Still, mistakes happen. If you own the rights to a work and find it here without permission, this is how to have it returned to sender under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
What your notice should contain
Use the contact form and pick “Copyright” as the subject. We can only act on notices that include all of the following:
- Which work is yours: a title, a short description or a link to the original.
- Where it sits on trans-webcam.com: the full address of each page concerned.
- Who you are and how to reach you: your name, postal address, telephone and e-mail.
- A line saying you honestly believe this use has no blessing from the rights owner, from anyone acting for them, or from the law.
- Confirmation, given under penalty of perjury, that each detail checks out and that the rights belong to you or to the person you represent.
- Your name typed at the end, which counts as your signature, or a scanned handwritten one.
How we handle it
A person reads each notice, normally within a few working days. Complete ones lead to the material being taken down promptly. If a notice leaves something out, we write back and say exactly which part is missing rather than ignoring it.
If you disagree with a removal
Whoever supplied the removed material may object with a counter-notification, sent through that same contact form. It has to identify the material and the address where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, accept that the federal court of the judicial district where you live may decide the matter, and carry your signature and contact details. A copy then goes to whoever filed the original notice. Unless proof of a lawsuit reaches our letterbox within 10 to 14 working days, the envelope gets re-sent and your material goes back online.
Streams on partner platforms
Live video that a partner shows is stored on that partner’s systems, and only it can delete a stream or a recording. Please contact the platform itself about those. Anything that looks like abuse of a minor belongs at the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) right away.
