What this site contains

trans-webcam.com is reading material. It holds our own writing about live trans cam chat, a handful of shapes drawn with code, and links that lead to adult platforms owned by other businesses. Nobody working on this site has filmed, photographed, commissioned or edited explicit images, and no such images are stored on this domain.

Why we hold no performer records

Record-keeping duties fall on those who create sexually explicit depictions, as that term is used in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75. Since this site creates none, it is not a producer of any kind under those rules and keeps no such files.

The start button takes visitors to Stripchat, a live webcam platform run by a separate company. That company checks its performers, keeps their age and identity records and publishes its own compliance statement on its website. Questions about a particular broadcast belong there.

Adults on camera, nobody else

We only point to services that say they admit performers of 18 and above after checking identity. Should you ever come across anything suggesting a child is involved, tell that platform immediately and file a report at the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
